When the Irish Lotto reveals that a resident of Tullymore has won the jackpot, local mischief-makers Jackie O'Shea and Michael O'Sullivan decide to track the winner down. Hoping for a share in the winner's good fortune, the septugenarian dynamic duo trace the ticket to fisherman Ned Devine. But the shock of winning has killed Ned, and they find him lying on his bed with a smile on his face, clutching the multi-million pound slip of paper. The money will be reclaimed unless they can impersonate Ned and keep the cash - it is, after all, what Ned would have wanted.
