Murat Babaoglu, geboren 1975 in Bremen, machte seine Ausbildung zum Koch im Trainhotel in Siegen unter der Leitung von Küchenmeister Norbert Stening. Er war seitdem unter anderem stellvertretender Leiter des Café und Bistro DELCASY in Syke und führt augenblicklich das Bistro S-Werkstatt am Dobben 65, in dem er mediterrane Spezialitäten mit deutschem Kochhandwerk verbindet.
