At the interfaces of artistic practices, theatre, fine arts, music, body theory, and the practice of movement generate models of alternative, interdisciplinary research – dance studies and performance studies. With the spotlight on “What it can do – What it wants – Where it stands”, directors of studies and scholars will discuss the current visions, political positions and methodological challenges of their disciplines. Against the backdrop of a still existing institutional insecurity, they will critically question their new courses of study. ...
